Nothing was released as a phase, so floor plans, ceiling heights, mechanical systems, and level of renovation differ house by house. With no HOA on record there are no association dues and no design covenants governing what an owner can change outside. For a buyer that means each property has to be judged on its own rather than against a community standard. The Hun School of Princeton on Edgerstoune Road is a separate independent school and is not part of the public district.
